I was wondering if i could use this Photo and render the colors to use as a t-shirt image for a local organization called “Brook’s Legacy Animal Rescue”. This design may or may-not go through I am only the designer the committee needs to vote on it. However before all of that happens I need your permission to use it. It is a PERFECT photo for what I am looking for.
